NoGrease576 ("we," "us") runs this online barber theory program. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email, and state. Your course progress, quiz and test scores, and the hours you've completed. Documents you upload for enrollment (a signed agreement, a photo ID, your state board application, which includes your Social Security number where your state requires it, and optionally proof of prior education). Payment status (the payment itself is handled by Stripe; we don't store your card number).
How we use it
To run your account and track your progress toward your 576 hours. To text or email you about your course, your payments, and your enrollment paperwork. To report your completed hours to your state barber board, where required. To improve the course.
Who sees it
Our staff, for the parts of your account relevant to their role. Service providers we use to run the platform: Supabase (database and login), Vercel (hosting), Bunny.net (video), Stripe (payment), and GoHighLevel (texts, email, and our CRM). We don't sell your information.
Your Social Security number
Collected only as part of your official state board application, only seen by authorized staff, and never sent to any of our other service providers.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is active, and afterward as required for state licensing and business records.
